To enroll a student in a course or camp, you may either register on-line or complete the 2008 registration form. Both on-line registration and the registration forms can be found on the registration page. If you are a current Harvard-Westlake student, you may bill your account if you provide your Student ID Number. If you do not have an active Harvard-Westlake student I.D./account number or do not wish to have your account billed, you must pay the full value of tuition before your child will be enrolled in any course or camp. Payment may be made by check or credit card. Full tuition is due upon registration and spaces will not be held without payment. Registrations will be accepted up to the first day of the class or camp.
Please note: You are required to download and complete a medical release form as part of the registration procedure. This form must be brought on the first day of class or camp in order to be admitted into class or camp. You may download a copy of the medical release form on the registration page.

The grade level for each course is the grade the student will enter in September 2008.
Tuition includes a 20% non-refundable administrative fee per course. Withdrawals will receive a refund as follows:
- 80% if written request is received one week or more before the start of class/camp
- No refund will be made for withdrawals later than one week before the start of class/camp
Tuition is not prorated due to absence or late entry. Transfers between courses, within one week of the start of the class or camp, will result in a transfer fee of $75 in addition to any incremental monies due based on course selection differential. No transfer credit is given for selection of a course which costs less than the original choice.
Harvard-Westlake Summer Programs reserves the right to cancel a class/camp. A full 100% refund will be made for such cancellations.
Please note that the Libraries, Cafeterias and Bookstores on both campuses will be closed for the entire 2008 Summer Programs.
Friday, July 4th will be observed as an official holiday, and all facilities will be closed.
It is the student’s responsibility to abide by all School rules. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from the Summer Programs. Furthermore, Harvard-Westlake School reserves the right not to offer enrollment in any Summer Program based on the student’s previous behavior. In the case of continuing Harvard-Westlake students, their student account must be in good standing in order to enroll in any Summer Program’s course.
Students are expected to be picked up promptly when the class/camp is dismissed. There is no supervision before, between, or after class/camp sessions. Some courses may be held at locations other than the school and parents are responsible for transportation to and from posted locations.

If you register for a class that is full, you will be placed on a wait list.
