It's Nominations Time! We are beginning to assemble the Nominations Committee as the first step in the HWPA Election process. We hope you will participate. The deadline for this first step is January 11. For information about our nominations and elections process, and to access the online form, please click to go to the HWPA Nominations & Elections Page.
A Meeting for the Senior Girls' Event is on Monday, January 12th. Please contact the event chairs for more information.
The Senior Boys' Event Meeting is on Wednesday, January 14 at 9:30am at the home of Donna Nadel. Please see the Redbook for the address. Please RSVP to Jory Goldman at Goldman10473@aol.com
The next Faculty Staff Appreciation Day is Friday, February, 13. The 9th Grade and Chinese American Multicultural Club will be hosting at the Middle School. Please contact Shelly Aronson at aronmanag@aol.com to help out at the MS and Josephine Wibawa at Jwibawa2@aol.com to help at the US.
The next Parents' Association Meeting on Wednesday, February 18 is one you will definitely not want to miss. Our guest speaker, Carol O'Day, will discuss “Reinventing Yourself After Raising Children.  What Do You Want to be When They Grow Up?”
Refreshments are at 6:30pm, and the meeting will follow at 7:00pm. All parents are welcome!

To all of the 7th, 8th and 9th Grade Parent volunteers -
for making our Faculty Appreciation Holiday Lunch a huge success.

To all of the Upper School Parent volunteers -
for for helping make the Holiday Faculty Appreciation Day a compete success!

To Rabbi Emily Feigenson and Father Jay Young -
for the beautiful and spiritual celebrations held on each campus.

To the Interfaith Council Chairs: Carla Axelrod-Schlom and Sharon Roth (Hannukah), and
Liz Lim and Deborah Sczudlo (Christmas Convocation) -
for so diligently organizing their respective events which were well attended and truly enjoyed.

To Wendy Garfinkel and Rosanne Charms (Middle School Administrative VPs) and
Julie Platt and Mersedeh Navi (Upper School Administrative VPs -
for ensuring that our parent closets on both campuses are in excellent condition. The many wonderful performing arts events that are sponsored by the HWPA are coordinated with the use of these closets and our many volunteers.
