Alice Neel --A portrait of the artist
Berenice Abbott: A view of the 20th Century (58 minutes) A walk with the camera and life of this
distinguished photographer who chronicled Paris in the 1920’s, New York City in the 1930’s, 40’s
and 50’s, the East Coast by car in the 1950’ and 60’s, and the law of Science. She discusses what
photography is to her, and scholars give us the foundations of her art.
