Uniform Request Form
Due January 13th!
Dear Parents/Swimmers,
We will continue to use the identical uniform we purchased last year. Only athletes new to the program will be required to order all items. Returning athletes should verify that they still possess each item listed below and if necessary place an order for any missing items.
Required Items:
- Black/White Speedo Warm-Up Jacket & Pant
- White Hooded Sweatshirt
- 1 White T-Shirt
- 1 Gray T-Shirt
- Black Swim Suit
- Black Speedo Swim Duffel Bag
