Girls Basketball Dominates MLK

The Wolverines finished the Mater Dei Classic strong defeating Martin Luther King 68-41 for third place. Pressure defense once again led to 31 turnovers by the wolves and easy baskets for the Wolverines. Nicole Hung dominated the game with 26 points, 13 boards, 7 steals, and 5 assists. Sydney Haydel recorded her first career double- double finishing with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Nicole Nesbit and Nicole Hung were named to the all tournament team. The ladies will begin the Beverly Hills Tournament this Wednesday against Paramount at 7:30pm
