Girls Varsity Basketball Defeats Oak Park 50 -25

The Wolverines survived a slow second half to defeat Oak Park 50 -25. The ladies dominated the Eagles in the first quarter 19-5 with Sydney Haydel leading all scorers with 13 points and 12 boards her third double-double in a row. The Wolverines will play Beverly Hills tonight at 7:30 in the last round of pool play. A win tonight will put them in the championship tomorrow night against powerhouse Santa Monica at 7:30.
