HTML
Templates
The
following section templates are available for your use. These templates
use absolute paths, so the images reside on the Harvard-Westlake
server. If you are using Dreamweaver, templates
are available for that program; ask Computer
Services how to access them.
Be
careful with these templates. It's easy to inadvertently change
the page layout. Only add copy to the
main text area (this part you are reading), a photo to the left
(like the lab photo on this page) and the breadcrumb trail above
(HW home > help > web developer's guide > etc.)
For
each section there are two templates: a template for the entire
page and a template only for the top navigational bar.

To
use the templates, please contact Computer
Services to acquire
a copy. For information on layout of the page, see design
guidelines. Further help on using HTML in a basic editor
or a plain-text program is available in the Web
developer's links section.
