| Grad Night
|
|
|
| June 5, 2009 Grad Night celebrates the culmination of senior year for the
graduates of the Class 2009. It is an all-night event held the day of
graduation and
includes an evening of dinner, dancing, entertainment, breakfast, and
transportation to all venues. The details of the event are kept
completely under the chairpersons’ hats and the elements of surprise
are revealed one by one to participating seniors as the evening
unfolds. It is a meticulously planned and stunning event congratulating
each year’s graduating class.
We
would love to have any interested Upper School parents (you don't have
to be the parent of a senior) help us plan and execute this wonderful
send off for the Class of 2009. Please contact one of the chairs and
become involved!

Grad Night Update 11.21.08
- Attention Senior Parents! Thank you to all of the parents
who attended the Grad Night meeting. We will be emailing everyone on the
committee who could not make the meeting so that you will be able to sign up
for a committee, so please check your email. A Grad Night tradition involves
collecting baby pictures of your seniors and using them at some point during
the evening. Jeanne Lawson has graciously agreed to spearhead this effort. An
email will go out to all senior parents requesting a baby picture of each
senior. Start looking through your scrapbooks now for that perfect photo and
look for the email in early December to each senior parent containing
instructions about submitting your photo.
It is never too late to become a part of Grad Night. We are
still in need of medical doctors as well as people who like to decorate, solicit prizes and sponsorships.
If you would like to help, please contact chairs: Andrea
Goodman - dgood74029@aol.com, Marisa Berry - marisa-ab@msn.com, or Janet Kleinbart - jplanetc@pacbell.net
