A.Your child should be at the bus stop at least five minutes before the bus is scheduled to arrive.

| Q. My child missed his/her morning pick-up. Can we go to the next pick-up point? |
| A.Yes, however, please do not flag down the bus if your child has missed it.

| Q. Can my child bring a snack on the bus? |
| A.Yes, food is allowed on the bus but your child must clean up after himself/herself before leaving the bus. |
| Q. Can my child use a different bus route on occasion? |
| A.Yes, he/she may use a different route on occasion provided there is space; but must still present his/her I.D. card with an affixed current bus sticker.

| Q. Can my child get off at a stop other than his/her morning pick-up point? |
| A.Yes, as long as the stop is on the schedule. |
| Q. If there is a time when my child needs to get off the bus at an intersection that is not on the schedule, can the bus make a special stop? |
| A.Before Atlantic Express gives a bus driver permission to stop at an intersection that is not on the schedule, they must first determine that the stop is safe as well as confirm the additional stop will not affect route timing. | Q. My child's friend is coming over after school. Can he/she take the bus home with my child even though he/she is not signed up? |
| A.Yes, as long as there is room on the bus, he/she may purchase a one-way pass. Contracted riders need only to present his/her I.D. card with an affixed current bus sticker. |

| A.The pass costs $11.00 and can be purchased at the Middle School and Upper School Book Stores. |
Q. My child left his/her belongings on the bus. Who should we contact to get them back?

| Q. Does my child have to be signed up for bus service in order to ride the shuttle bus? |
A.The shuttle bus from the Middle School to the Upper School is restricted to 9th grade athletes. The shuttle bus from the Upper School to the Middle School is free of charge and is open to all students (contracted and non-contracted). Click the link to view the shuttle bus schedule.
