Every summer, our friendly staff prepares book orders and purchases new and fun back-to-school merchandise for the upcoming school year. The Upper School Bookstore offers you a one-stop shopping experience. Take the opportunity to purchase ALL of the textbooks, supplies, and apparel you will need for a successful school year.

BOOKS -- New books will be packed in boxes for each student. If you would like to pick up your box of books, you must fill out the Used Books Request/Book Mailing Confirmation Card that was mailed with your registration information. Books will not be available for pick up until all medical and community service forms are in order. Once the forms have been received, you will be sent a postcard notification. Your box of books will then be available for pick-up in Chalmers Hall East and West. You will receive a validated schedule in August. You must being this validated schedule with you when you pick up your books or see your dean.

USED BOOKS -- The Used Books Request/Book Mailing Confirmation Card is included with your registration information. Used books are limited and will be available on an advance-request basis only. First come, first serve. If the used books you request are available, they will be placed in your book box. If there are any used books remaining after Book Blitz, they will be available for purchase in the bookstore as of  the second week of school.

BOOK MAILING -- You must fill out the Used Books Request/Book Mailing Confirmation Card if you want your books to be sent rather than picked up. All of your forms must be in order before your books can be sent to you.

ID CARDS -- Replacement ID Cards can be purchased in the Bookstore. Returning students are NOT required to purchase a new ID card if they still have their cards from prior school years.

SCHOOL SUPPLIES --  All recommended school supplies, Copy Cards, Master Locks and Locker Mates are available for purchase in the Bookstore. New locks are NOT required for returning students. Harvard-Westlake does require the school locks to be used on school lockers.
