• New Textbooks and Course Materials may be returned for full account credit if returned in the original condition within a reasonable time from the date of purchase.
• Used Textbooks may be returned or exchanged for full account credit within a reasonable time from the date of purchase.
• Defective electronics may be exchanged or returned for full account credit.
• Supplies may exchange for either the same item or an item of the same value.
• Apparel and Backpacks must have the original sales tag attached for full account credit or exchange.
• Defective Backpacks must be shipped directly to the manufacturer for replacement. For additional details, please visit the Bookstore.
