Upper School Deans

The system of counseling at Harvard-Westlake reflects the school's commitment to holistic counseling. At the beginning of the sophomore year, students are assigned to one of nine Upper School Deans. For the three years at the Upper School, the student is advised and counseled by that dean in all academic and social matters, including counseling toward college.
