  • HWPA BOARD MEETING, WINE-TASTING TEASER, AND GUEST SPEAKER – MARCH 10
    Chalmers East, Upper School Campus.
    Reception: 6:30 pm – join us for our Annual Event wine-tasting teaser!!
    Meeting: 7:00 pm
    Guest Speaker: Dr. Avery Faigenbaum, Ed.D, one of the preeminent researchers in the area of youth strength training and weightlifting, will talk and answer questions about Weight Lifting and Kids.

  • HWPA BOARD MEETING HOSPITALITY – WINE AND CHEESE AND MORE!
    Board Hospitality Middle School seeks your delicious donations for our upcoming HWPA meeting on March 10. As a preview to the wine tasting at our upcoming Annual Event, we will be hosting a wine-tasting teaser and seek foods that will compliment the wine. Join us for this most festive Reception. Cash donations are also appreciated. Checks should be made out to HWPA. Please contact Erica Lehman-Aaron (elehmanmd@aol.com).
  • ONLINE AUCTION WILL OPEN FOR BIDDING ON MARCH 15
    We have changed our online auction this year and are looking to highlight a few specific categories: Fine Wines, Fine Dining Certificates, Tickets to the Theater/Sporting Events/Concerts/Movie Events, Vacation Homes, Hotels, and Internships. To donate a fabulous item to one of these categories, click here for online auction form.

  • APPRECIATION DAY – MARCH 19
    Friday, March 19, is the next Faculty & Staff Appreciation.

  • M.S. ARTS HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE – SEEKS VOLUNTEERS
    Volunteers needed to assist with hospitality at the Spring Musical, Annie, Friday, March 19, Saturday, March 20, at 7:00 pm, and Sunday, March 21, at 1:00 pm. Food and cash donations are always welcome! Make checks payable to HWPA. Contact Linda Hariton (lh@srblaw.com) or Janet Batchler (jsbatchler@aol.com) for more information.
  • U.S. ARTS HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE – SEEKS VOLUNTEERS
    Volunteers needed to assist with hospitality at the U.S. Dance Concert on March 5 at 7 pm, March 6 at 8 pm & March 7 at 4 pm at Rugby Theater. Then we have the U.S. Jazz Combo Concert March 12 & 13 at 7 pm at Rugby Theater. We are in dire need of someone to help for the U.S. Major Works Concert on March 20 at 7:30 pm in Santa Monica at the 1st Presbyterian Church. Food and cash donations are always welcome!
