FOOTBALL                                                                                                                 

Participants will experience first hand the latest football techniques and fundamentals that are essential in the game of football. The camp will be directed by Vic Eumont, who has almost forty years of experience coaching football. Campers will have personal instruction by a devoted staff that will motivate and challenge campers in a fun and competitive environment. Campers will learn the basics such as stance, start, leverage, proper body position for blocking and tackling, throwing, catching, kicking, and running. Safety and proper technique will be emphasized in every drill. Campers will not actually tackle or block at full speed but will be instructed on the fundamentals through the hands-on, personal approach of our knowledgeable staff. Campers will be introduced to basic strength training along with a speed and conditioning program, all of which are essential to excelling in the game of football.
