Swim Camp is for intermediate to advanced swimmers (those able to swim four laps of freestyle in good form) who are interested in stroke refinement and technique development. Each day, campers will receive instruction on a different stroke, with individual attention and training by highly qualified instructors including the use of video equipment, weight room and a fully equipped swimming facility. Training will include work on starts and turns and a daily dry land session. Former US National Team member and Harvard-Westlake alumnae Alexis Larsen will be a guest instructor at this camp. Enrollment is limited.
