When purchasing tickets, select the "Print at home" delivery option and print out your tickets ahead of time to skip the lines.

Frequently asked questions

Extra Tickets, Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact the Box Office Manager at least 24 hours before a performance if you have extra tickets you will not be using.

No refunds or exchanges will be processed the day of a performance. Please contact the Box Office Manager at least 48 hours in advance to return or exchange tickets.

Please turn in any unused tickets to the Box Office Manager before a performance begins so the tickets can be opened up to resell.

Any unused tickets given to the Box Office Manager on the day of a performance are considered a donation and the purchase amount will not be refunded.

No refunds or exchanges can be processed for past events.

Will Call

All tickets at Will Call must be picked up at least 15 minutes before the start time of an event. Tickets that are not picked up at this time can be resold to those waiting to purchase tickets.

Latecomers and No-Shows

Latecomers are not guaranteed their seats. If you arrive late, please enter the Theatre as quietly as possible and take the first available seats to minimize disturbing other audience members.

There are no refunds on tickets for not attending an event.

Wait List and Sold-Out Events

If an event is sold-out, please contact the Box Office Manager to be placed on a wait list.

If you have been placed on a wait list, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time of a performance to check in with the Box Office Manager. Latecomers will be placed last on the list.

On the day of a sold-out performance, a wait list will be available at Will Call 1 hour before the start time.
