Southern California Diversity Recruiting Fair 2022

WHO

For faculty, staff, and administrators from underrepresented groups interested in working in independent schools.

WHAT

The fair gives attendees the opportunity to learn about working in an independent school and speak with representatives about open positions.

In 2021, attendees heard from Anita Dashiell-Sparks, Professor of Theatre Practice in Acting and Associate Dean of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Southern California and parent of 3 independent school students.

Attendees also heard from current students and listened to pre-recorded discussions on teaching in an independent school; diversity, equity, and inclusion in education; and working as an administrator in an independent school.
