WHO
For faculty, staff, and administrators from underrepresented groups interested in working in independent schools.
WHAT
The fair gives attendees the opportunity to learn about working in an independent school and speak with representatives about open positions.
In 2020, attendees heard from Marisol Leon, a graduate of Crossroads School and a civil rights attorney at the California Department of Justice. Marisol also serves on the Board of Trustees for her alma mater, Crossroads School.
The fair also put on 15-minute panels on teaching in an independent school; resume writing and interviewing; diversity, equity, and inclusion in education; athletics; and working as an administrator in an independent school.
